That’s quite a nice load of books – I see several to add to my “new-finds” list. I just got The Manual of Detection, too – looks interesting.

I reviewed Follow Me today at Necromancy Never Pays. I kept reading it, and then felt irritated that I’d read the whole thing. I’ll be interested to see if others have a more positive view of this novel.

  15. March 2, 2009 11:46 am

Wow-that’s a heckuva week. I’ll bet your mailman has a bad back by now!!

Great haul this week Kathy. I have a few of those coming myself.

  20. March 2, 2009 2:54 pm

I just finished The Associate last night, and it was definitely vintage Grisham, which is a good thing! I hope you enjoy it. You got some awesome books this week!

  21. March 2, 2009 5:24 pm

Wow — you certainly get a lot of books. I kind of gave up on Grisham a while back as it seemed too formulaic and like he wasn’t trying too hard. But if gets back into “The Firm” territory, I’ll read him again in a heartbeat!

Here is my post if you are interested:
