I’m really looking forward to reading The Year of The Flood. The first few pages are interesting so I have high hopes that it will be good. I haven’t heard of any of the others.
I would love to read the Atwood one too. I would like to grab Shreve one too. Bermudaonion, you really had a wonderful mailbox day. Have fun!
Some fabulous books this week. I like the sound of Stargazing. May need to look at that one, as i am now intrigued.
I am totally jealous of all those Atwood ARCs!
congrats on the win of the Kephart book! And – wait, the Atwood is an ARC? ooooo – can I have it next and then I promise to send it to Nymeth (ha!! actually, not funny at all, I’m serious – I WILL send it to Nymeth.)

I’ll be curious to hear what you think of James Scott Bell’s book, Try Fear. I found his books on writing — particularly Plot & Structure — invaluable in teaching me how to write a novel. I have it as one of my top 3 must-reads for writers!

Really nice collection! I enjoy Anita Shreve and Star Gazing sounds good but I am most envious of Atwoods new book. I am planning on a re-read of Oryx and Crake in preparation for it.
You are the second person I have seen with the Atwood. I really want to read that!
