Book Blogger Appreciation Week Wrap-up

Today’s the last day of Book Blogger Appreciation Week and what a fun week it’s been!  I hope My Friend Amy makes this an annual event.  We opened the week by sharing our favorite blogs that were overlooked when nominations were made.  On Tuesday, we shared interviews of other bloggers, and I was lucky enough to be paired with Florinda, who has a great blog.  Wednesday was the day to share tips we’ve learned along the way.  Since I’m fairly new at this, I was glad to read what everyone had to say on that topic.  Yesterday was the day to share our favorite posts with each other.  Along with all of that, I’ve entered a bunch of giveaways and even won a few!

Here are some new to me blogs I’ve discovered this week:

• Breaking the Spine – This blog has a nice, clean look and great book reviews.
• Everday I Write the Book Blog – Go here for great book reviews and interesting articles.
• Michele – Only one ‘L’ – Michele writes with a lot of enthusiasm and reviews a good variety of books.
• The 3R’s – Reading, ‘Riting and Randomness – Florinda was my interview partner and boy, am I glad – she has a great blog.
• The Hidden Side of a Leaf – This is where you go if you want to be a Weekly Geek.
• Musings of a Bookish Kitty – I don’t know how I missed this one!
• Literarily.com – This is another blog that I think everyone but me knew about.
• What Vanessa Reads – Vanessa is 15 and has only been speaking English half of her life.  She’s an amazing young lady with an amazing blog.
• paper tigers blog – This beautiful blog focuses on multicultural books for children and young adults.
• Sophisticated Dorkiness – The name grabbed my attention and the reviews kept it.
